Hi John! This is Sara with Systematic Solar - How’s it going?
Great! I’m calling because you filled out an application to see if your property at ADDRESS qualifies for our zero cost out of pocket solar program. Is that correct?
Great! How long have you been looking into going solar?
Excellent. Well I do see that you’ve been pre-approved for our solar program and also we will be cutting you a $1000 check to help out with your utility bill over the next few months upon install. I just have a few questions for you and then I’ll get you scheduled with one of our solar experts.
PART 2: QUALIFYING QUESTIONS
Are you the homeowner at ______? ( Pull up google maps to get a view of their home )
Awesome now are you the only one on title or do you have someone else on there with you? Anybody else on the mortgage besides yourself? Would you consider yourself to be the decision maker at the residence?
Great and what would you say is the average cost of your electricity bill you’ve seen in the last 12 months?
- Who's your provider? (your electric or utility company)
- Do you get any discount from PROVIDER? Like for the CARE program or anything like that?
- And would you say anyone in your home has a credit score of 640 or above?
Great. And then is your roof in good condition?
Ok - and do you have any trees covering the roof or is there a lot of shading?
OK- and last question, do you get your bills online or in the mail?
PART 3: GETTING THE ELECTRIC BILL
Ok great! Now what we need to do is get a copy of your electric bill so that we can prepare your exact Solar Savings Report before the call, and make sure we don’t waste your time. If you get your bill online please login, download a pdf version of the bill and send it to me, I just text you my email and I will wait on the phone while you do this.
If you get your bill via mail, you can simply take a photo of it ( Make sure all 4 corners are available ) and send a picture to this phone number, I will wait on the phone with you while you do this...
*** Once bill is received, Plug in address in google maps , screen shot the pin on their home , send it to them for confirmation of their roof so we make sure we are building on the correct roof ***

It’s very important that we get a photo of your electric bill so that our solar expert can prepare your exact savings for you, and show you exactly what the solar system will look like and what options you have. This will make sure we don’t waste your time on the call and have everything ready for you!
PART 4: SETTING THE APPOINTMENT
Excellent, I am confirming I have received your bill , thank you so much! Well based upon what you’ve told me here it does sound like you’ll be a great fit for the program. The next step is to set up a time with you today or tomorrow to speak with our Senior Solar Engineer to answer your questions, get your exact savings, and help you with the $1000 utility check as a thank you.
Reviewing the calendar it looks like I have 2 of our best Senior Solar Engineers available being Jordan & David and we can get you scheduled for Today ( 2 hours out if before 6:30 pm or first availability in the morning )
** You will always give them an Either or option and never ask them when are they available **
So today we can get 5:30pm scheduled. Other than that it looks like we have one opening tomorrow at 10:00 am. Which one works best for you? Perfect! And the best email to send over your appointment confirmation is ( Confirm email you have )
